Can Anyone Do Pilates?
Absolutely! Pilates can be modified from a gentle strength training program to a challenging workout. It is suitable both for beginners and for people who already exercise regularly. If you have any concerns, please mention them to your instructor so that they can adjust the exercises to suit your needs. You can even do Pilates if you are pregnant. Again, just let your instructor know so that they can modify where needed.
