Beginner Reformer
If you have never stepped foot on a reformer, welcome! We are so excited to see you try something new and grow.
Our instructors know it can be daunting starting a new activity, but don't fret, we were all beginners once and found a love for the reformer and passion in movement.
If you purchase the intro pack and you are new to reformer, it is
highly recommended you organise a pre-class session with
Pete so you can learn how to use the machine and get some coordination basics down before you join a group class.

Pre and Post Natal
We have specifically tailored programs that will support your pregnancy journey, as well as after. We make sure to keep you feeling strong and mobile.

When you and bubs are ready, bubs is totally welcome to come with you to class!

Limited ability
Whether you're coming back from injury or life has taken you in other directions. Our instructors are here to help you on your journey in finding joy in movement again.
These classes are intended to build your strength within your own capacity and keep you moving.
Juniors
Maybe your child (12 yrs and up) plays a sport, swims or attends gymnastics, and they would like to improve in their activity, Pilates is a fun way for them to improve their fitness, flexibility and strength!


Advanced
You've been smashing it and are ready to be pushed to improve and build upon your skills.
