Reformer Essentials

Should you be brand new to Pilates - we have our new beginner pre-class!

As a beginner, YOUR journey to a balanced body starts here.

These classes are specifically designed for those who have never stepped foot on a reformer before. It is your ideal starting point!


We help you to build core strength, increase your flexibility, and perfect your alignment whilst laying a strong foundation for your future health and Pilates journey.


You'll learn the fundamental exercises that work in tandem with a regular group class - so don't be nervous about new moves!⁠

⁠You will be introduced to the studio in general while we discuss your training goals, any injuries, and specific exercise requirements.

The safety requirements of the reformer machine, its carriage, pulleys, straps, springs, static, and moving parts.

The breath work behind the principals of Pilates
The exercise movements, the holds and the reason why.

We use equipment like

• Magic Circle Ring
•Pole
•Ball

•Hand Weights

Our goal is to help as many people as possible, feel that feeling of living in your healthiest most vibrant strongest
body - feeling amazing from the inside out

A question we get asked a lot – is am I ready for the 'Regular' classes
There simply isn't one answer that fits all. ⁠

 

Once you are familiar with the Pilates principals, the machine and feel
comfortable, then it would be the perfect time to join into our regular classes - but that choice will always be yours
.
